In this two-session intensive, you'll learn the six foundational kettlebell movements—Swing, Clean, Press, Squat, Get-Up, and Snatch—along with the skills, terminology, and technique used in our group classes. Upon completion, you'll be cleared for all KB&CO classes and receive a complimentary 7-day trial week to put your new skills into action.
