BEAST LAB is $150, which includes six classes over two weeks of Kettlebell intensive training! In lab, we will cover all the skills needed to join our community with confidence and skill, from the Swing to Turkish Get Up.
Beast Lab is taught by KB&CO’s founder Leandra Branch, who is one of three female SFG II certified instructors in the Front Range!
Beast Lab is followed by a free week of group classes and a 10% discount on any future membership package.
